Retired civilian Public Affairs Officer with the Air Force in Hawaii
and U.S. Pacific Command. Career experience in special event planning,
military and community relations and liaison, foreign and military
protocol, and media relations.

Responsible for planning special events from meetings to musical
concerts, parades, and formal ceremonies. Experience includes
understanding and proper interpretation of numerous foreign,
military, civilian protocols, media relations, planning,
coordinating itineraries ,and speaking engagements for senior
US military commanders. Served as USPACOM civilian liaison for
many years with the Hawaii's top business, cultural and civic
organizations. Served as photographer to former Hawaii governor,
George Ariyoshi. Attended Chaminade College and the University of
Hawaii majoring in Fine Arts.

Since retiring, formed FUJII 3 Communications, LLC, a full service
public relations/communications company.
