Natasha Owen is Chair of the non-profit Children of Russia Foundation. Their goal is to facilitate the creation of a National Rehabilitation Service for Children with Cancer and Blood Diseases. To achieve this goal they have established a partnership with the Russian Government, International orgaizations such as UNESCO and UNICEF, and an array of corporate and private donors from eleven countries.
